Estou enfrentando instabilidades gráficas críticas no meu dispositivo (i5-10210U com Intel UHD Graphics). O sistema apresenta eventos de Live Kernel (TDR) ao navegar no Chrome com aceleração por hardware e telas azuis (BSOD) ao abrir imagens na área de trabalho ou rodar jogos como NFS Underground 1. Os problemas ocorrem tanto na bateria quanto conectado à energia. Logs do sistema (CBS/SFC) mostram erros recorrentes no pacote KB3025096 (0x800f0805) e falhas de manutenção (0x8007000d). Solicito orientações para estabilizar o driver de vídeo na build 26100.1.

Additionally, I would like to ask the following:
- Event viewer
- Generate Application windows log
- Open event viewer (Press the Windows key + R, type eventvwr.msc, and press Enter)
- In the left pane, expand "Windows Logs" and choose the log (Application).
- Right-click on the log name.
- Select "Save All Events As.
- Choose a file name and location and click "Save".
- Generate System windows log
- Open event viewer (Press the Windows key + R, type eventvwr.msc, and press Enter)
- In the left pane, expand "Windows Logs" and choose the log (System).
- Right-click on the log name.
- Select "Save All Events As.
- Choose a file name and location and click "Save".
- Generate Application windows log
- SSU logs
- Steps on getting System Support Utility Logs
- Download and launch SSU.exe.
- Check all the box except for networking.
- Click "Scan."
- When the scanning is complete, click "Next."
- Click "Save."
- Please send the saved file to us.

Subject: Information for Case - Edison Antonio Chamba
Hello Richard,
I am providing the requested information to avoid the case being closed.
1. Recent Changes: No hardware changes. The system is running Windows 11 Build 26200.
2. Issue Details: The LiveKernelEvent 141 (igdkmd64.sys) happens during OpenGL usage in MSI App Player, Hardware Acceleration in Google Chrome, and while playing NFS Underground 1.
3. Startup Problem: The laptop often starts with a Black Screen, requiring a forced manual power-off to restore the image.
Attached are the three requested files:
- Intel SSU Log (intel.txt)
- Application Event Log (aplicativo.evtx)
- System Event Log (sistema.evtx)
I look forward to your guidance on the correct driver for this build.

Thank you for providing the requested logs that will help us to investigate the issue. For further isolation, kindly follow the recommended troubleshooting steps below.
Update Driver
Update your driver to the latest version (31.0.101.2141) and performing DDU for clean installation
Update BIOS
Download the latest BIOS update for your system directly from your device manufacturer (OEM). A BIOS update can fix compatibility issues between your motherboard and processor and can also improve overall performance.
Check the power plan settings
- Press Windows + R.
- In the Run window, type powercfg.cpl and press OK.
- Under Choose or customize a power plan, the currently selected power plan is displayed (set to Balanced by default). To the right of the current power plan, select the option for Change plan settings.
- Click Change advanced power settings.
- Scroll down, find Processor power management and expand it.
- Expand Maximum processor state.
- Double-click On battery and set the value to 100, then do the same for Plugged in.
- Click Apply, then click OK to exit.
Turn off the Windows Game Bar and Game DVR.
- Press Windows + S.
- In the Windows search box type Game bar settings and press Enter.
- Under Control how Game Bar opens and recognizes your game turn off the option for Record game clips, screenshots and broadcast using Game bar.
- From the left-hand menu, directly below Game Bar, select Game DVR.
- Turn off the Record in the background while I’m playing a game setting.
