We can try the following:
1 - Download our Intel ® Driver & Support Assistant uninstaller and run it to make sure there are no remnants of the previous installation.

2 - Download the latest version of Intel ® Driver & Support Assistant in the link below, try to install it.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28425/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant?product=128824
Keep in mind that, after checking your System Support Utility report I was able to see that your system is actually from Lenovo*, in this case, we recommend to get the drivers provided by them directly, I would recommend contacting them directly to see if they have any similar tool you can use.
