Hi:
I have updated my computer in September 2015 to windows 10. And since then, my screen resolution cannot go higher then 1280X1024
I keep checking the updates, and nothing yet. I am losing 30% of my screen due to that resolution.
Anyone knows when Intel will release an update to Windows 10 so it can recognise the processor and graphic controller listed in the subject?
Or does anyone know a compatible driver that will work with windows 10?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Vincent

Hello, VincentSaab:
I would like you to check the supported Operating systems for each of the graphics drivers from Intel®.
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html Supported Operating Systems for Graphics Drivers
Also, do you have all Windows updates installed in your system?
Since this is a legacy product, the support for drivers is limited.

Thanks for the info Esteban.
If I get an new video card, will that resolve my issue?
I will check meanwhile with Dell, to see if I can upgrade the processor.
Thank you and Best Regards

Hello, VincentSaab:
For sure, with a newer unit the support would be wider indeed.
I hope they provide you with good upgrade options for your system.
