On both my new XPS 15 laptop and HP 27-n141 desktop, both running the updated version of Windows 10, and both running the Intel 530 HD graphics card, I get occasional (a couple times a day) messages that the graphic s processor "failed to respond and has recovered." Both machines have the latest drivers.
Should I be concerned? Is there a fix?

I would not worry about that since the driver recovers by itself. Just make sure you have loaded the latest version 4300
