Intel 945GME use IEGD , how to disable DVI monitor detect??

Hi all,

I used the IEGD9.02

use clone CRT and SDVO-B

I know option "DisplayDetect" disable, just disable CRT display detect.

if I want disable DVI monitor detect, how to do?

because, I fllowing those step

-unplug DVI monitor connect cable

-stop X

-start X

-plug DVI monitor connect cable

screen is black.not display anything..
