Intel ARC A750 Encoding Support

Hi, 

I need to know whether Arc A750 is capable of encoding a 4k 60 fps video.
i came across H.264, H.265 and AV1 with above level 5.1 will only support  4k 60 fps encoding...If so ARC A750 will support 4k 60fps encoding?
