Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the details regarding the issue you are experiencing with Rainbow Six Siege on your Intel® Arc™ A750 graphics card.
We understand how frustrating it can be when the game crashes despite trying multiple APIs and performing a clean driver installation. To help us investigate this issue further and provide accurate guidance, we kindly request you to share the following information:
1. SSU (System Support Utility) Report
Please generate and share the SSU report so we can review your complete system configuration.
You can download the SSU tool using the link below:

NOTE: While generating the report, kindly uncheck the “Networking” option.
2. Please delete the game’s shader cache and then retry launching the game to check if the issue persists.
3. Please share your current in‑game video/graphics settings (resolution, quality presets, and any enabled features) for further analysis.
4. Kindly let us know which platform the game was downloaded from (for example, Steam or Ubisoft Connect). If available, please also share the download link.
5. If possible, please provide a short video recording showing the game crashing at the loading screen. This will help us better understand and diagnose the behavior.
Once we receive the requested details, we will continue investigating the issue and assist you further.
Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to your response.
Best regards,
