Intel Arc a750, video glitch

I came across an glitch with the GPU, where when I would hop on discord and look a stream, the video would be sliding across the screen multiple times(to the left) and display that it loaded but when I full screen it'll show that the video was moved to left, and I would see half the stream and my Windows wallpaper

This also recently happened with YouTube but refreshing seems to fixes it.
