Good morning
I have a Dell G15 laptop, it came with Windows 11 Home when I bought it
I upgraded it to Windows 11 Pro
I had to install the Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6913 version.
I installed it successfully.
After a while, in the Windows Update window, it came to download an old version 31.0.101.5382, which cannot be downloaded and installed automatically.
I downloaded it and installed it manually.
As you can see, it was installed and in the Intel Graphics Software window it shows the version 31.0.101.5382
This happens with every update that comes.
can you explain to me why this is happening???
can i overcome this problem???
can you help me ???

Hello jmakry,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to further investigate this issue, please help provide the following details:
- Aside from the driver version, are you having other issues with the graphics?
- How about in the device manager, what is the driver version visible there?
- Please help generate the SSU logs of your system, kindly refer to the link below on how to generate the logs:
How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
