There's a persistent bug I'm encountering with my Intel Arc A380 and A310. With Intel Arc drivers 6876, 6874, and 6790, the quantization range setting, once set to "Full," consistently resets to default after a reboot or system resume. This requires a tedious manual adjustment each time. Interestingly, this specific issue (quantization range reverting to default) does not occur with driver version 6737. The affected driver versions are 6790 through 6876.

Hello bronze,
Thank you for joining the community. To help us investigate this issue further, I have a few questions:
- When updating or downgrading the driver, do you select the "Clean Installation" option?
- Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to perform a clean install or rollback?
- Have you tried using the latest driver version 32.0.101.6877?
- Does the issue persist even after restarting the IGS?
Furthermore, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility

When updating or downgrading drivers, I always perform a clean installation. My method involves booting into safe mode, using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove the old driver, then disconnecting from the internet and rebooting to install the new one.
Despite installing the latest driver version 32.0.101.6877, the same issue persists: display settings revert from FULL to DEFAULT. This happens automatically after restarting the system or booting up the next day, and I find myself having to manually change it back each time.
Notably, this problem did not occur with the April driver version, gfx_win_101.6737.

Hi @bronze,
I noticed that you've initially posted your concern on the following thread below: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-ARC-Graphics/Intel-Arc-Driver-Quantization-Range-Error/m-p/1694892#M25677
To focus our investigation, I'll close this thread and work with my technician on the original thread that you've created to address the Quantization issue with your graphics card.
Regards,
