Intel® Core ™ i3-540 Processor ( 4M Cache, 3.06 GHz )

Hello I hope you can help me

- Have a computer with Intel® Core ™ i3-540 Processor ( 4M Cache, 3.06 GHz ) I had it with Windows 8 Pro . and all well but when you upgrade to Windows 10. I have problems with screen resolution and is also as if it had video card that tells me

- Dedicated video memory : 0 mb Will it be the driver problem because it tells me : Adapter Microsoft basic screen .

- Display Adapter and tells me generic pnp monitor. I hope I respond promptly , thanks

Hello, Cris7ianM:

Right now the graphics drivers support for first gen Intel® Core processors in Windows 10* is very limited.

Since Windows 10* is not supported for this legacy product, errors are expected.

Now, have you tried checking the video settings at BIOS level?
