Intel Core i7-14700K problem UHD Graphics 770

A completely new computer was assembled on an Intel Core i7-14700K processor with built-in UHD Graphics 770. Asus Z790-PRO motherboard. First connection via Displayport from the motherboard to the monitor. (Windows is not installed.) From time to time, stripes appear in the bios (artifacts). Is this a processor defect? what could be the problem?

This can be a problem with the memory, or with the motherboard, or with motherboard's BIOS' memory training/initialization.

The problem was found in the service center. Defective motherboard asus x790 pro. Answer to your question.
1. Yes.
2. Yes.
3. No, t 60 degrees Celsius.
4. Yes.
5. no visible damage on the processor or on the motherboard.
