Intel DSA doesn't install on windows 11 (Intel Driver & Support Assistant)

Hello, I'm trying to install Itentel DSA (Intel Driver & Support Assistant)

I double-click the executable, the mouse cursor blinks, but nothing happens (no dialog box opens).

I've already run the DSA uninstallation utility, and no dialog box opens. I've performed the operations as administrator, but nothing happens.
