Intel DSA graphics driver installer fails — .NET 10.0.0 required but 10.0.10 is installed

SUMMARY
Intel Driver & Support Assistant repeatedly offers graphics driver package gfx_win_101.7088.exe, but installation cannot complete. The bundled Installer.exe says Microsoft.NETCore.App 10.0.0 (x64) is required although newer .NET 10 x64 servicing releases are installed.

SYSTEM
Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 PHN16-72; Windows 11 x64; Intel UHD Graphics (14th Gen integrated graphics); package approximately 735 MB.

ERROR
"You must install or update .NET to run this application." Framework: Microsoft.NETCore.App 10.0.0 (x64). After restarting, DSA offers the same update again.

STEPS
1. Open Intel DSA and download the offered graphics update.
2. Start gfx_win_101.7088.exe.
3. Installer.exe stops with the .NET requirement.
4. Restart Windows; DSA offers the update again.

EXPECTED
The installer should detect a compatible installed .NET 10 x64 runtime and continue.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Installed .NET 8 Runtime, .NET 10 Runtime x64, and .NET 10 Windows Desktop Runtime x64. dotnet --list-runtimes confirms Microsoft.NETCore.App 10.0.10 and Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App 10.0.10. Restarted Windows and confirmed Windows Installer works; the same error persists.

REQUEST
Please check Installer.exe runtime detection and roll-forward behavior, confirm whether exact 10.0.0 is incorrectly required, and provide a corrected installer or supported alternative.
