Hello dadalka,

I understand that you are currently having problems updating the Intel ® Driver & Support Assistant.

Regarding this, I tried the following with the system I have and it worked to update from 3.3 to 3.4.1:

1 - Go to the windows button at the bottom left, click on settings > Apps.

2 - Search for "driver". It should come up with Intel ® Driver & Support Assistant as one of the results.

3 - Uninstall it and then go to the link below to download the latest Driver & Support Assistant version:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

4 - Run the newly downloaded installer.

5 - The version should now be 3.4.1, to test there are no problems please run a scan.

The steps should work and they should allow you to do the update appropriately.

I hope it helps.

Regards,
