Intel Driver & Support Assistant "Scan Failure"

This is not a Graphics issue but no Location options were a good match.

When I booted this morning, the Intel Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) icon was not in my tray. I opened the app and it appeared in my tray, but when it ran, I got this message:

"Failed to scan system for updates. Please click "Refresh Results" to try again."

I clicked Refresh and got the same. I refreshed the Firefox tab and got the same. Online resources made various suggestions which I have followed. My Windows 11 and Firefox browser have all their current updates. I cleared my Firefox cache. I did a hard reboot. I deleted then reinstalled IDSA (I first I used Advanced Uninstaller then the Windows Uninstaller, both the Repair and Uninstall options). Always got the same results. Services shows both IDSA and IDSA Updates are Running (IDSA is automatic, Updates is manual, the same settings I've always used). Norton 360 is not blocking the app. I'm using the current IDSA version 24.3.26.8.

I got the same results when I opened the IDSA link directly in my browser instead of from the icon.

I installed IDSA several years ago and have it in the hidden portion of my Tray. It often notifies me of updates and I have had no problems installing or declining any of them.

The two related posts I found in the Forums, "Scan Failure" on 07/18/2024  and "Scan Error" on ‎05/01/2023, do not offer a solution for my situation.

I opened a Chat this morning and gotthe worst service I've ever had on any chat. He repeatedly asked me details that I had already posted and he provided no solution after several long delays. I disconnected after no response in 7 minutes.

Any assistance is welcome.

IDSA is working again.

Several hours after my previous message, Intel Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) was working again.
As I mentioned earlier, perhaps not related, but my OneDrive connection was also restored.

This is probably not related, but at the moment I am not able to log into Microsoft OneDrive. For me, that's an unusual problem. After trying various options, I found a link in a troubleshooter link to https://portal.office.com/servicestatus. That site reports

"We're having issues, but we're working on it."
Two Services are listed as affected: Microsoft 365 (Consumer) and Teams (Consumer)

Also probably not related, I believe I installed the latest update to Microsoft PowerToys yesterday. I use many but not all of the apps.

I know I have a good internet connection. SpeedTest via ethernet to my computer is 2,200 Mbps down and 113 up. Wifi to my phone is 1,500 down and 140 up.
