When I update graphic driver,

 

I meet the error messate "Download failed unexpectedly."

Are you using an Arc discrete graphics card? If yes, please provide the complete model of the Arc graphics card, and if you are using onboard graphics, please provide the complete model of your processor so I can provide the accurate graphics card that you need.
