Intel Extreme Graphics 2 Problems (82865G)

I'm having problems downloading this graphic cards latest driver. Im trying to get the lastest driver for the openGL to disable my vsync. I have followed every step on this website (http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355).htm but none of them seem to work. I also have downloaded the graphic driver from my computers manufacture website and still can not download the lastest update for my graphic card. I have also tried using the Intel Driver Update Utility and it comes up with a message saying

On your case, you have a customized chipset that requires a different driver. The drivers provided on the Intel web site are for stock chipset's. The error message that you get tell you that you need to contact your system manufacturer (brand name on your computer) and request for the latest driver.
