Intel Graphic Drivers and Intel Arc Graphics update

i3-1115G4 (3.0/4.1Ghz - 11th Gen)
UHD Graphics (4GB)
2*4GB DDR4 Sodimm 2666Mhz
1TB HDD
Win11 Pro (22H22)
Intel Arc Graphic : 30.0.101.1338 (current, need update)

When I update my graphic drivers with Windows Update, intel Arc gets glitchy, (see attachments), and I need to update intel arc via intel driver & support Assistant with clean install or else updating will hield the same problem. (See attachment).

There has been many updates this month so I'm holding of 1GB plus updates for the moment.
