Hello Tadeo
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. Please share more information with us:
- When did this start?
- Which version of Intel® GCC do you use?
- Do you use the BETA version?
- Did you make any recent updates or hardware changes on your system?
- Do you get the same problem after reinstalling the software?

- When did this start? - Always since I've bought new motherboard and cpu this July
- Which version of Intel® GCC do you use? GCC using from Microsoft Store (latest I think 1.100.3370.0)
- Do you use the BETA version? Tried Beta and official - no differences
- Did you make any recent updates or hardware changes on your system? - yes (changed motherboard and cpu but Windows is clean and it doesn't matter if I will install Windows 10 21H1 or Windows 11 latest beta build - for today is 22000.176)
- Do you get the same problem after reinstalling the software? - yes
I tried drivers 9127 (default from Windows Update) and latest 9862. Still no details about card.

After further investigation we can confirm that this is not something that has been reported before, if any other user experiences this same behavior please let us know. For now, please test the following:
- Change the OS language to English and verify if the issue persists
- If it does, while keeping the system in English try uninstalling both the driver and IGCC while in offline mode, restart and then install OEM driver 27.20.100.9078 then re-connect to the Internet to download IGCC again.
- When running 'services.msc', verify if the service 'Intel Graphics Command Center' has status = running.
We have a new version of IGCC coming in approximately 4 weeks (although dates may shift) so if this issue persists by then please contact us again.

Hello again.
Unfortunately any of above recommendations not working.
Tried OEM driver and latest 9894 and doesn't matter if Windows 10 or Windows 11 is installed, still no info about integrated UHD 750 graphic card.
