Hello,

My computer is connected to a 4K tv used as monitor.

The max selectable resolution in Windows 11 is 1080p

The Intel® Graphics Command Center does show all te resolutions up to 4K but I cannot access them in the Command Center.

Hello @JefDC

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We would be more than glad to help you with your issue.

After updating to the latest Intel Graphics command Center Version 1.100.4979.0 the resolution setting option is missing.

Resolution

The latest version of IGCC no longer contains this setting.

Use Windows* Display Settings to change the resolution.

Select Start > Settings > System > Display.

Best regards,

Hello,

Thanks for the reply, but as  the resolution setting option  is missing and the Windows Display Settings don't offer the 4K resolution I'm stuck on 1080p.

I use a Microsoft Surface 6 which does have the 4K ability (and does so on my monitor connected via the docking station) but apparently not via a MiniDP to HDMI cable to the 4K tv.

Best regards

Jef
