Intel Graphics Control Center won't open
It's stuck on the splash screen.
Reinstalling it or installing the beta version doesn't help either.
I'm using
- Windows 11 22H2
- 64 bit processor and operating system
- Intel i5 10th generation Ice Lake
- Intel HD integrated graphics

1. Open Windows settings Apps>Installed apps
2. Go to the line: Intel Graphics Command Center and click on three horizontal dots on R.H. side.
3. Click on "Advanced options".
4. In Advanced Options click on Reset
5. Check
Hope this helps

Hello @desbest
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
We understand you are having issues with the Intel® Graphics Command Center, let us help you with that.
Please answer the following:
· Was it working before?
· Have you made any software change?
Please follow this:
1. Install the latest graphics driver. Download the file from here: Intel® 7th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows*
2. Restart the system. When the Intel® Graphics Command Center updates, the application can get unsynchronized with the tray application. Restarting the system causes the tray application to restart and solves the issue.
Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.
Best regards,
Jose B.

I installed the Intel Graphics installer as specified, and it replaced my Intel Graphics driver from 2023, to one from 2020.
Then when I moved the mouse, the screen started flicking. So you can guess what I did next. 😉 I installed the Intel Graphics Driver again from 2023.
Also it didn't install anyway as it had an error.
You can see the video of the screen flicking here.
