Intel Graphics Driver does not identify my system - 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz

It worked after the instalation but after I restarted the computer it does not identify anything.

Any Ideas?

Thanks for posting in the community, let me assist you on this matter. First I would like to ask some few question below:


  1. Can you tell me the exact model of your laptop?
  2. Have you check the clean installation box when updating the driver?
  3. Did you try to use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely uninstall the driver and reinstall it back?
  4. Are there other error messages you encounter?


Also, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
