It worked after the instalation but after I restarted the computer it does not identify anything.
Any Ideas?

Thanks for posting in the community, let me assist you on this matter. First I would like to ask some few question below:
- Can you tell me the exact model of your laptop?
- Have you check the clean installation box when updating the driver?
- Did you try to use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely uninstall the driver and reinstall it back?
- Are there other error messages you encounter?
Also, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
