Intel Graphics Driver fails on Asus UX305CA (partial workaround available)

Hi,

I'm unable to complete the installation of the latest drivers (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25620/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-6th-Gen- Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40 6th Gen]) on my ASUS UX305CA. Please note that there is a partial workaround (included under How to Repro):

Hi Amy, that was my partial workaround. Here is what happens:

1. Partial workaround: download the zip version of the driver. This allows installation of the display driver. 
2. However, the display audio driver still fails. this time with the error message: There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

It might be possible that your system requires a customized driver from your computer manufacturer, have you tried installing the driver from ASUS?
