Intel Graphics HD 4600 and directdraw

I bought a new laptop and I have a problem with Intel Graphics HD 4600 with DirectDraw and AGP textures. They are not activated but Direct3D is activated. What do I do to activate them? I already installed the latest drivers, all windows 8.1 updates avaiables and directx.

DirectDraw and AGP are subcomponents of DirectX and these are Microsoft's Features. My recommendation is to update the graphics driver and the DirectX in your system or contact Microsoft so they can help you with the corresponding support.
