Hey,
I have a Beelink BT7 computer (http://www.bee-link.com/Beelink-MiniPC-TV-BOX-37-1.html Beelink BT7 Mini Pc Powered by Atom x7-Z8700 Processor - Beelink Mini PC - Beelink - Mobile - Powered by Discuz! )
it's based on Intel Atom x7-Z8700 Processor (there is no external graphic card).
I connect he PC to my TV by HDMI cable, then i saw the desktop on my TV but the sound I couldn't hear,
so I google it and found that I need to change the windows (win 10) sound settings - So I locket in the sound properties (playback tab) and show the disable devices
and I cannot find the TV (image attached).
Then I checked the drivers of the graphic adapter and i found that there is problem
with the Intel HD graphic - code 45 (image attached)
I update the graphic adapter driver to the last version (using windows search) and the problem didn't solved.
So I down load Intel possessor test kit and run it on the device and the result was that everything is OK.
One more thing: I checked witch graphic adapter windows used - and I found that it use Microsoft basic adapter (image attached)....
How can I solved this problem ??
Thanks,
Dvir

Hello valdvir,
Could you please let us know the driver version you are running? Please go to Device Manger> Display adapters> Intel(R) HD Graphics right click on Properties and then go to Driver, you will be able to see the version installed.
What is the Windows® 10 build version that you have installed?
Regards,
Amy.

Thank you for the information.
Let's try by running Windows Updates, then update the Intel® HD Graphics version to this version https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345 Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40] use this method for the installation http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html How to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 &... .
Let me know how it goes.

Did you install the 32-bit or the 64-bit version?
In Device Manager go to View and make sure that Show hidden devices is checked, then in Action click on Scan for hardware changes.

Amy.

Hey Amy,
I tried both of thoes things and the windows didn't find the new hardware, and the display adpters section is gone.
I tried to install the 64 but version (you can see above that the windows is 64 bit).

Is there any chance you can access in safe mode and try installing the driver manually?
One more thing, since this is related to Windows® 10 updates I would recommend repairing Windows® 10 with these steps https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z-HKlr_3o0Q.

Hey Amy,
Sorry for the late answer - i was in vacation
Unfortunately all of the above didn't work (I tried the safe mode and the windows repair tool).
I had a problem with another driver and I solved it by using a old driver - maybe that can be the issue in the graphic card as well ?
What is our next step >
Best regards,

Since you already tried installing our driver but the issue is still there, the next step would be getting in contact with http://www.bee-link.com/forum.php Beelink Official website,SHENZHEN AZW TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD - Mobile - Powered by Discuz!, it's possible that they are aware of the situation and can provide more troubleshooting steps in order to address this matter.
