Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Win 7 64 bit not update

Intel Driver Update Utility find new driver version 15.12.75.4.64.1930 for my installed verion 8.15.10.1930, but

updateinstallation goes failure. Motherboard is ASUS P5LD2-VM intel 945G chipset and processor is Pentium 4 CPU 630 3.0 GHz.

What is the reason?
