Hi I have a Dell XPS 13 and windows updated the graphics driver which defeated my internal monitor display but kept the external monitors ok.
Hi have installed the latest intel graphics drivers and also downgraded to HD Graphics 520 but the internal monitor still did not work.
Can you advise what I should be doing?

In order to better assist you, please provide the following information:
- Do you mean that you are not getting image on the built-in screen, or that the integrated graphics are not showing up?
- What happens if you disconnect the external monitors? Do you get an image on the built-in screen?
- Download the Intel® SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
Open the application and select "Everything", click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View". Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". Please attach the file to your reply.
