Hi I have a Dell XPS 13 and windows updated the graphics driver which defeated my internal monitor display but kept the external monitors ok.

Hi have installed the latest intel graphics drivers and also downgraded to HD Graphics 520 but the internal monitor still did not work.

Can you advise what I should be doing?

Hello ckbx20,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following information:

Open the application and select "Everything", click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View". Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". Please attach the file to your reply.

Best regards,

Hi Steven, sorry I was travelling and I did not have access to my laptop.

Yes you are correct that I'm not getting an image on my built in screen but when connected to the external monitors, the external monitors were fine. When I disconnect from my external monitors, the internal built in monitor still does not get any images. When the laptop fires up, all I see is the Dell logo and after that the internal screen is blank. Here is the detailed scan file.

Thank you for your help.

Regards
Vincent Leong
