Hello,
I just updated to the latest Intel® graphics driver (Driver 32.0.101.6559 (WHQL Certified)) and now my Intel Graphics Software won't open, and my Graphics Command Center opens but nothing happens, it gets stuck on loading. However, when I revert back to Driver 32.0.101.6458/32.0.101.6257 (WHQL Certified), everything works fine. So, going thru all the updates between 6458 and 6559, the problem for me started with Driver 32.0.101.6557/32.0.101.6262. I even uninstalled my Graphics Command Center and reinstalled it and it still won't open. Can anyone tell me if there's a fix for this problem? Thank you in advance.

Hello JamesO315,
I understand that you've having issues with both Intel Graphics Software and Intel Graphics Command Center using the newly released drivers. Please generate SSU report for me to check your system components.
Additionally, please try to uninstall the Intel Graphics Command Center and try to use the Intel Graphics Software alone.

Thank you for replying to my post. I need both programs because I have triple monitor set up and I like to overclock my GPU. Intel Graphics Command Center allowed me to merge all 3 monitors into 1, and I used the Intel Graphics software to overclock my GPU. So, I needed both of them. I decided I was done with the headaches of trying to figure out how to get everything working properly all at once without having to revert back to an older driver, so I upgraded my GPU and decided to go in a different direction than what Intel has to offer.

Our latest driver 32.0.101.6651 comes with a new version of IGS, 25.8.1206.1 and this issue should be now fixed. Could you please test on your end and confirm?

Felipe_Intel, thank you for replying to my post, but I no longer need Intel Graphics Drivers. I found a higher end Nvidia card that suits my watercooled build that I couldn't walk away from. (I could never find a water block for my A750) However, in the not-so-distant future, I will be putting the Arc A750 to use on a PC I'm building for my nephew and I will d/l those drivers and I'll let you know if the problem was solved with that update.

Thanks James. I will proceed to close this ticket then. When you put back your A750 to work, download the latest driver available at that moment, as it will have other improvements and fixes for the card the companion software. Visit Intel Download Center to get the most recent drivers (link below) or use IDSA to update all Intel drivers, including the graphics drivers.
