Hello AliPenji,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
I understand that you're looking forward to the screen capture feature on Intel Arc Control and we appreciate your support.
Intel has made the tough decision to retire the Studio page and it’s feature for now in our graphics software. The reason behind this decision is the features within the Studio page had very low user usage, and many features within the Studio page are supported by great third party software today like OBS, Steam, Windows GameBar etc. We may consider bringing back these features in the future if demand is high.
About the issue that you are having with what you mentioned as "QBS Studio", is this OBS? Additionally, could you please let me know what issue are you having with it?
Should you have other questions or concerns, please let me know.
Best regards,
Jed G.

There is no overlay option either, like there was in Arc Control. We used to be able to see the performance metrics on the right side of the screen like this:
But this basic thing isn't even in the Graphics Software

I agree with you, Speed76. We want all the features back in the Intel graphics software, regardless of how many people are using them.
As developers, Intel developer should provide all the features that the hardware supports. It’s not right to limit certain features just because they are barely used.
If you’re concerned about user numbers, consider releasing support plugins for software like V-Ray, Lumion, 3ds Max, and other 3D applications and rendering engines. Many of us feel trapped after purchasing Intel Arc GPUs. We appreciate how much Intel Arc has improved, and we're willing to give it more time to get better. However, instead of adding new features, Intel seems to be disabling existing ones, which is very frustrating.

Arc Control was superior in every way. Most of the new software's features are more or less worthless. Guess Intel couldn't keep the "Arc" software now that Battlemage came into the playground. But a very stupid decision.

Hello AliPenji,
Thank you for attaching a short video clip of the issue. Upon checking, I see that we aware of this issue and this is being investigated already. I will give you an update as soon as possible.
About the Studio page being removed, I perfectly understand where you are coming from and I'll be checking this internally to see what we can do.
Best regards,

Hi AliPenji,
I'm following up on the investigation I had conducted, and about the Studio Tab, for now what we can recommend is that you use other 3rd party software such as Steam or Windows Gamebar that offers recording/streaming capabilities. Also, you can use Performance Metrics of IGS.
For reference:
Studio Tab Is Not Available on Intel® Graphics Software
Performance Overlay Is Not Available on Intel® Graphics Software
About the issue you are having with OBS, may I know if the issue occurs with other recording software? We plan to replicate this in our test lab to see if we'll observe the same issue.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,

The Game Bar recording works fine, but occasionally, stuttering, lag, and choppiness occur, which can be seen in the included video. This can be quite disturbing. Additionally, It also has a limitation of a 60 FPS cap, and there's no option for bitrate customization. Another issue is that the Game Bar only supports screen capture for games, not for other applications. Previously, Intel's Studio in the Arc Control was an all-in-one solution for this, but now we have to rely on multiple software tools for screen capturing.
Additionally, the Studio interface was very user-friendly, with a good UX experience. All GPU manufacturers provide built-in screen capturing features, and Intel should consider adding this functionality to stay competitive, especially since this is the era of content creators.
