I tried playing a game, but it was very slow. So, I went into Intel Graphics Software and it told me that my current system configuration wasn't supported.
My drivers are up to date and enabled within Device Manager. However, I did do a clean install of the newest update, meaning I deleted a lot of stuff previously for the new update (maybe that has something to do with it.)

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

To better assist you, kindly answer the following questions:
- What is the game that you have tried to play?
- What is the game platform you're using to play it?
- Do you have any other software that manage the graphics of your system?
- Where did you download the Driver?
- Have you performed a BIOS update?
I look forward to your response!

Sorry for being a day late
Here are my responses to your questions:
1. Persona 5 Royal, but that got better when I shut my laptop off for the night and tried again in the morning.
2. Steam.
3. There is the graphics figure already in Windows, though I'm not sure if that really works or not.
4. Where I normally do. Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.
5. YES! I went through the hassle of looking how to update my BIOS for this. When I updated my computer, I checked the Intel Graphics Software app and IT STILL SAYS I'm incompatible.

On second thought, I checked my BIOS because a graphic update came and it's back to the previous version.

Well, I did the graphic update. And Graphic Command Center is up and running again! My BIOS is still the same...but that's fine with me. I just wanted my command center back, so I could play games that required higher graphics. I only touched BIOS because I thought I had to.
But thanks for talking with me about my issues.
It works again

Hello, Cidney
I have the same problem, and I’ve tried many things, but none of them worked. My drivers seem up to date, and I couldn’t find a solution to this issue. Could you explain how you solved it? How did you update your graphics driver?
Thanks for your time.

Hello Cidney,
Thank you for your response. I'm glad that Intel Graphics Software is working on your system again. However, I would like to confirm if you are referring to the Intel Graphics Command Center (IGCC) for the one that you would like to access. As the Intel Graphics Command Center and Intel Graphics Software are two different applications.
If not, may I know if you need further assistance? I look forward to your response!
