Intel HD 4400 latest drivers

Can someone please link the latest drivers for Intel HD 4400 (4th Gen Haswell) for W7 64 bit? That download center is abysmal, trying to find out which version is the latest is an almost impossible task (some drivers seem to be labeled as released this year but they are in fact a year old), also the one that I'm fairly certain is the latest (but could be wrong due to to way driver versions are labeled) gives an error ''page not found'' if you click on the .exe or .zip to download it. What happened to the forums? There used to be a sticky with the latest drivers.

This seems to be the latest driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25588/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-15-36- Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows 7/8.1* [15.36]

I just downloaded the exe (win64_153628_4332.exe) without any problem.
