Hello
I have a Gigabyte Brix, GB-BXi5-4200, with Integrated Intel HD 4400.
No matter what I try, I can't get the drivers to update.
Current version is 10.18.15.4235, date 2015/06/08.
I have tried to update via your utility, all current downloadable versions manually via the zip file, the .exe file and windows own system. The only thing that happens is it says:
"This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software" or "The driver selected for this device does not support this version of Windows" as well as warning about incompatibility first.
I am running W10 32bit.
Thank you in advance for any assistance in this matter

Might I add, that I also have a Gigabyte Brix i3-3227U with integrated Intel HD 400 running on W10 32-bit, that is automatically upgraded to version 10.18.10.4425, date 2016/04/04

Hello Novalucol,
Before I can provide you additional assistance, I would like to recommend you that always at first try to install your manufacturer (OEM) drivers.
This is due that the OEM drivers are specially designed to be compatible with all the features of your device. You can also install our generic drivers, as a second option.
In regard to your issue on the website, there is only one Beta driver available for Windows 10-32bit:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25541/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=81497 Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40]
Version: Beta 15.40.12.4326 (Previously Released) Date: 11/20/2015
And on the website for Gigabyte there are no drivers available for Windows 10-32bit:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4858# dl GB-BXi5H-4200 Drivers
At this moment, my suggestion is to install Windows 10-64bit, or you can contact Gigabyte in order to confirm if there is any other driver available, or if Windows 10-32bit is not supported:

I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Angie.

Hello Angie
Thank you very much for your reply.
I have already tried the Beta version you posted, both the exe-file and the zip-file.
It says something like this:
"An error accured while the driver for the unit was going to be installed. The driver doesnt support this version av Windows"
(it is in Swedish, so im trying to translate)
This is what happens on the screen every five minutes while trying to Watch a TV-show or a movie:
On my older Brix i3-3227U, with updated drivers this never happens.
I have already tried with Gigabytes OEM version as well, without any difference.
I am at lost here.
Any help is highly appriciated

Hello Novalucol,
I am really sorry to know that your issue still persists.
At this moment, since our generic drivers and the OEM drivers were not able to solve your issue; I recommend you to contact directly Gigabyte in order to receive additional replace or if there is any warranty required.
