Intel HD 4600 HDMI splitter usage

Hi,

I'm using Intel HD 4600 graphic card on an Intel i5-4590T processor.

I've got one DP and one HDMI video output.

My goal is to connect 3 different screens to these 2 ports. I'd like to use HDMI splitter 1-to-2 and connect 2 screens like this.

Is this possible?
