Intel HD 520 - External Display Issue

Connecting display to 'mini display port' is not detected, therefore not able to use display.

This is on a Lenovo X260 laptop. Laptop display works fine. External display works fine connected to other hardware. Tried rolling back driver. Worked previously, once.

Any ideas on diagnostics to try?

Please provide operating system version, graphics driver version.

Have you tried different video cable?

Are you using straight video cables Mini DP to DP?
