Hello everyone

I have a question for Intel hd 530. i have some video file that is 4k or fullHD with HVEC codec or AVC. you can see my video details.

https://paste.ubuntu.ir/qkgm https://paste.ubuntu.ir/qkgm

https://paste.ubuntu.ir/fnqz https://paste.ubuntu.ir/fnqz

As you can see in details i need my Gpu decode :

Format/Info : High Efficiency Video Coding

Format profile : Main@L5@Main

Chroma subsampling : 4:2:0

Bit depth : 8 bits

and

Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec

Format profile : High 4:2:2@L4.1

Chroma subsampling : 4:2:2

Bit depth : 8 bits

for play these video file i want buy this minipc:

This minipc use this cpu :

Intel Core i3-6100T

(2C/4T Skylake x86 @ 3.2 GHz, 14nm, 3 MB L2, 35W TDP)

and use Intel hd 530 as GPU

now my question is:

Can this GPU(Intel HD 530) support video acceleration (Hardware Decoding) for HVEC and AVC codec with these profile?

Format profile : Main@L5@Main

Format profile : High 4:2:2@L4.1

THanks

Sorry for English.

The Intel® HD Graphics 530 supports video acceleration, HVEC and AVC.

You can confirm this information on page 31 of the processor datasheet linked below:
