I have had my Intel HD Graphic 630 BIOS overwritten by a virus using it for persistance. I am looking for a new BIOS image and writer software.
What are you talking about?
Your graphics belong to the processor, and the bios belongs to the motherboard.
Contact your motherboard manufacturer for a bios image.

I replaced the BIOS using hardware SPI, the video BIOS is separate on the Intel HD Graphic 630.
Looks like you were right and there is no separate VBIOS after all. Still trying to work out how my system is getting reinfected after rewriting the Flash Memory.
