Intel® HD Graphics 3000 problem with Driver

What do I need to fix this issue? Can I up grade it?

Am I correct in assuming this is for Windows 10?

If so, there is nothing you can do. HD 3000 is not supported, nor is your processor, on windows 10.

Now, if your machine is a desktop, you might be able to find a COMPATIBLE add-on graphics card. Focus on the word COMPATIBLE.

If you have a laptop, STOP. Do not pass GO. It is time to get a new/newer system that is supported on Windows 10.
