Intel HD Graphics 4400. Bad video playback

I got Intel HD Graphics 4400, driver version 20.19.15.4531. If I see a video from youtube (even in full screen) quality is perfect. If I use any kind of software (Media Player, VLC, MPC-HV, etc.) to playback any kind of video file (WMV, MP4, MKV, etc.) the video appears really bad. Left part is perfect, right part is horrible and full of colour stripes. any suggestion?
