Hello, I installed Cinema 4D (animation software) yesterday and after successful installation I started Cinema 4D and a small window appeared saying that my graphics driver is outdated (20.19) and I should install the new version (27.20).
I have a Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400 graphics card.

You have a 4th gen system. The latest systems are 11th gen. It should be no surprise to you that your system is outdated.
The graphics driver packages being recommended do not support your processor. You are already running the latest available (and likely last) graphics driver package that does support your processor. You can either ignore these warnings and attempt to continue or stop and upgrade to a system with a much (much!) newer graphics engine.
Sorry, reality bites.
