Intel ® HD Graphics 5500 registering modules -problem

Hello.

I wonder if you could help us (=all users in the world) to fix a Windows 11 problem.

I have a laptop Lenovo ThinkPad T450s, ID: PC079FWZ
The Graphics Card is named as Intel ® HD Graphics 5500

The problem: When I try to install a graphics program as Paint Shop Pro 9 and X, the installation stucks in ”registering modules” and there´s no way to get further.

When I inactivated in ”Device Manager” the graphics card Intel ® HD Graphics 5500 and try to install again, it will be a success. But when I activate Intel ® HD Graphics 5500 –card again, the program can´t start.

This problem is sabotizing other programs too (read in the Internet), propably other graphics programs.
