Intel HD Graphics 620 Driver - transparency bug in Muonline game

Hi! when I run http://muonline.webzen.com/ Muonline seems to run fine but doesn't display health globes or skill bar and inventory windows are transparent is this.

I downgraded graphics driver to all older versions and still same problem. What happening? How to solve?

I have the same issue playing this game

Same problem with HD 620 on my i7-7500u laptop. No problem with my desktop (NVIDIA GPU)

And also HD 4400 with the driver later than 15.33 (15.33 no problem 15.36 same issue)

So I think it still might be the driver problem.

Hello Fred intel_corp,

The problem persist even with the latest driver, I have two notebooks with HD 620 and HD 530, both have the same problem. I know that its driver related because on some machines with Intel 4400 if I back the driver to an old one It works. Sorry for my bad english, hope you can understand. If you search on google for Mu Invisible Hud or something like that you will find a lot of topics saying the same thing, but for some graphics cards there is no fix.

Hello everyone,

I just want to thank you all for your patience. We are still working on this issue.

In the meantime, I would like to let you know that we have a https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27484 brand new driver 15.65.3.4944. This one doesn't have a fix that is specific to this game, but it is a new driver baseline [15.65], which means it is brand new code, thus we'll appreciate your feedback.

Hello Antony, thanks for your help! I downloaded the version 24.20.100.6136, but when I tried to update it on windows the message I got is telling I have the latest version that is not true.. how can I remove it manually ? This is my version:

Hello Antony, Yes I followed the steps below. I am using W10, after I choose the folder I got a message saying "you already have the best version for this driver". I tried to uinstall it manually and them update it again, looks like the windows is loading the driver automatically but using the older version. "23.20.16.4905"

This is the step I am following:

  1. Unzip the file to a designated location or folder.
  2. Open Device Manager:
    • For Windows 8 and Windows 8.1: Press Windows + X keys together
    • For Windows 10: Right-click Windows Start icon
  3. Click Yes when prompted for permission from User Account Control.
  4. Expand the Display adapters section.
  5. Right-click the Intel® graphics entry and select Update Driver Software.NoteThe graphics entry may be Microsoft Basic Display Adapter* if no Intel® Graphics Driver has been previously installed.
  6. Click Browse my computer for driver software.
  7. Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
  8. Click Have Disk.
  9. Click Browse and select the directory where the driver files are located.
  10. Click OK, and finally click Next. Drivers are now being installed.
  11. Restart your computer.

One year later, and no satisfactory solution yet. If that was a game developer issue, it will happen in older drivers and others graphic cards, like nVidia and ATI, but it only occur in new Intel drivers/cards. Why is that?

Por favor pido colaboracion con el tema de las transparencias por las tarjetas de video intel. Me parece increible que para que funcione el juego debemos instalar una version anterior a 2015 con mi portatil no se puede por que no tienen version antes de 2015.

Agradezco la colaboracion y no creo que les vaya a quedar grande arreglar ese bug visual.
