Hi ad1tyajha,
I had the same problem today. Updating the drivers through device manager or through the Lenovo (my laptop is a Lenovo Y520) website's driver list.
I uninstalled the driver using device manager, and installed the latest version from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28240/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=98909 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28240/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=98909
Very annoying problem (also difficult to Google for it), hope my solution helps!
