hi guys,
I have
INTEL PENTIUM G620
I installed windows 7 SP1 32bit and started installing drivers on my new build...
but after installing Intel graphics driver, windows 7 starting logo gets stuck at boot and no HDD activity
SAFE MODE WORKS.
DID
-Installed drivers through CD [B]FAILED[/B]
-Intel Website [B]FAILED[/B]
-Intel Website's older driver [B]FAILED[/B]
-Device Manager driver install (Have Disk) [B]FAILED[/B]
-Windows update to SP1 and installed [B]FAILED[/B]
-Windows update Intel Graphics driver [B]FAILED[/B]
-Tried tweaking Windows's MSconfig utlity [B]FAILED[/B]
I assembled this PC 1 day back
PLEASE HELP ME !!!!

I tried it but it didn't work
PS: I run Gigabyte GA-H61m-d2h Motherboard and tried the drivers from gigabte's website and supplied driver disk but it didn't work

I have the same problem with Intel HD 4000 and Single Link DVI cable.
The solution: Use a dual-link DVI cable or HDMI cable - it works.

But I use vga only....tried hdmi to hdmi cable but didnt work...maybe a defective cpu/mobo which one? I can get replacement but not sure weather for the cpu or mobo???
edit: actually id doesn't logon to windows just hangs because I dont hear any startup soundfrom my speakers and there is no hdd activity
