This driver is for 3rd and 4th generation Intel HD Graphics not for 1st and 2nd generation
Anyway the problem is solved by applying Platform Update for Windows 7 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36805 (KB2670838)

This driver is not for 1st generation intel hd graphics. It's for 2nd and 3rd generation.
I test it on my other Laptop which has intel hd 3000 and the problem is not fixed.
Too Bad
