Intel HD Graphics W10 no longer displays Hue, Saturation or Custom Option

New W10. Intel HD Graphics W10 no longer displays Hue, Saturation or Custom Options.  It originally allowed changes to Brightness, Contrast, Gamma, Hue Saturation and "Custom".  I reset the configuration, saved the settings as "DrDon".  Setting did change, but the ability to change them again has disappeared.
