Hello everyone,
I've got a huge problem. For the last 6 month my Msaccess application is crawling on every new computer Dell,Hp... with Intel HD Graphics driver.
At the beginning I was sure the problem was at msaccess itself, so I've opened case study at Microsoft to find out the reason. After a lot of testing we found that the problem was in Intel HD Graphics driver we replaces the driver to standard VGA driver and miracle no more performance problem.
The Q is does Intel has ability to open case study to check out this bug?

Hi,
Can you give the model number of the processor installed on the computer?
What is the graphics driver version currently installed?
Have you tested MS Access with earlier driver versions? If so, please name version numbers
Are you installing drivers available on the Intel website or your manufacturers?
Copy and paste the graphics report generated by the graphics control panel.
Thanks
Allan.

Hi.
Here is the link to description of the problem and those the computers that ware case studied with Microsoft.
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/accessdev/thread/d9020780-cfd2-43e6-8075-b264792277ef Microsoft Access stops responding on Hewlett-Packard (HP) machines
Tested divers where Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500. But since then every time I see Intel Graphics HD driver of any type I down grade it to standard VGA and the result is improved performance on MS Access.
Sorry but can't give you graphics report, we changed graphic accelerators to Nvidea.
