I can`t found drivers "Intel® HD Graphics" for "Intel® Celeron® CPU U3600" in windows 10 32bit or 64bit .

In regard to your question, I just wanted to let you know that the graphics controller that this processor supports which is Intel® HD Graphics is not compatible with Windows® 10, so there will be no graphics driver available for it, you will be able to find the graphics drivers for Windows® XP, Vista, 7 or 8 since the processor is fully compatible with them, on the following link you will be able to confirm that information, look where it says Legacy Intel® Graphics Products: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html Any questions or if you need further information about this matter, please let me know.
