I have 8GB RAM on Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit.
Windows 7 32bit support only 4GB, so I have patched kernel using ReadyFor4GB program.
The problem is that after rebooting with patched kernel, BSOD would be seen and Windows could not start.
If I would use a nVidia graphics card, then no problem.
So I think there's a problem in memory management of Intel HD Graphics driver.
Help me, what solution?

Same here. Using a Lenovo Thinkpad X200 (graphics is intel GMA 4500MHD / GM45) with 4 GB installed RAM, latest BIOS, drivers etc. and with W7 32bit with all latest patches. I patched the kernel and modified the boot entry using one of the different methods described in the net. Result: Black screen and ~10 seconds later a crash/BSOD. Changed the GM45 graphics driver to the latest XP 32bit version (6.14.10.5355) and... it worked! Now I have ~1 GB more RAM available. Before I had 2.96 GB and now ~3.9GB.
But!!! The hotkeys to change display brightness do not work anymore. I even tried several older X200 hotkey package versions. No success. So I had to go back to the W7 driver and therefore back to the 2.96 GB usable RAM 😞
So, I also ask intel to make the current Lenovo released HD driver (version 8.15.10.2555) PAE aware. Please! This should not be a big deal!
