Hello, dear Intel. I would like to report a problem with installing Intel graphics software on Windows 11. A large number of updates have been released, but the Intel HD Graphics application will not install. I am also unable to download it separately from the Windows Store. When I try to install it, I always get the message “Not installed, error.” I am attaching a report from the official Intel application. Thank you.

Hello
1- The latest driver version I installed is “gfx_win_101.6987”, and the software that is giving the error is called “Intel HD Graphics software”.
2- I am attaching a screenshot
3 - I have tried everything except reinstalling the system. Because it seems strange to reinstall a working licensed Windows 11. I updated the Intel arc drivers, waited for new ones to come out and installed them, updated the Windows 11 system. It doesn't help.
4- The problem arose after installing the latest Intel driver and updating the Windows 11 system. Currently, my system version is:
Release Windows 11 Pro
Version 24H2
Installation date 21.04.2025
OS build 26100.4652
Interaction Windows Component Interface Package 1000.26100.128.011111.
5 - I have not made any changes to the software, changed the license, or changed the hardware.
6 - I answered in point #3.

Hi @IvanShatan,
The Intel Graphics Software is included in the driver available from our download center. I attempted to recreate the issue on my end but did not encounter the problem you reported. If you're experiencing difficulties, I recommend first removing the current applications using the Windows Add/Remove features in the system settings. Once that's done, perform a clean installation of the graphics driver using DDU-How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an.... Please carefully follow the article I have attached. After that, install the latest driver version 32.0.101.6989. If the issue persists after completing these steps, please let me know so I can further investigate.
